My room was a disaster! The window wouldn't close, letting in a chilly draft, and everything felt old and rundown. The mattress sagged like a hammock, and I couldn't believe the stains on the bed base. Just gross!

Airy room, neat, with good sized shower, tea/coffee facilities and hair dryer. Plenty of options for breakfast in the bar.

We liked this small hotel. We booked a family room and it was airy, exceptionally comfortable beds. The property had a bar in the reception. Its location was indeed magnificent and only 5 minutes walk from Discovery.

I got great value for my money with a lovely and comfy room overlooking the beach. The location was amazing, right by the seafront, and the staff were super friendly, even letting me check in early.
The breakfast selection could benefit from more vegetarian options.

My friends and I celebrated my birthday at the Fairhaven Hotel in Weymouth, which was a pleasant stay overall. The friendly staff and clean room made for a good experience, though the view from my single room wasn’t great. I wish there were biscuits with the tea and coffee. Breakfast was decent, but my fried egg was overcooked.

The location was perfect, providing easy access to the beach and local attractions. My room had a lovely sea view and was surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel welcome. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the cozy bar area offered a relaxing spot to unwind.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

Json{review: The quirky charm of the Fairhaven Hotel is good, complemented by attentive staff and a fine seaside view. Those little touches, like a complimentary gift on our anniversary, make you feel special. the breakfast could be more diverse, and sound insulation might need attention at busy times. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-05-10}'''

The location was perfect, right across from the beach, which really made our New Year's getaway special! The bar area was cozy, and the friendly staff added a nice touch to our experience. We enjoyed the convenience of having parking available for a small fee, and the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly was a big plus for us!
Sadly, the hotel left much to be desired. Our room was stuffy, outdated, and had a funky smell as soon as we walked in. We barely got any sleep thanks to the noise from the seafront and the creaky floors and not to mention, the mattress was super uncomfortable. it felt like we paid more than what we got – definitely not worth it!

Location right by the beach and esplanade.
Found the floorboards creaky. Limited drink options in the room. Would have appreciated hot chocolate. The restaurant's only serving one course due to staffing seems like a missed opportunity for a more diverse dining experience.

Staying here with my teenage daughter was fantastic! We loved having a room with a sea view. We spent a nice afternoon cycling along the scenic coastline nearby, soaking in all the amazing sights.
For dads, it would be great to have some family-friendly dining options right at the hotel.

The staff were friendly and were very good too. Breakfast was delicious with various options, but the lack of power sockets in the room was a bit inconvenient.
